By registering as a seller, you agree to:

7. Seller Account Suspension and Termination

Rapidshop.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller’s account for the following reasons:

   Failure to adhere to Rapidshop.in’s seller policies, including listing counterfeit products, fraudulent activities, or poor customer service.
2. Unresolved Disputes:
   If a seller fails to resolve customer complaints or maintain an acceptable level of service, their account may be suspended or terminated.

   Failure to provide valid GST and PAN documentation, or non-compliance with tax regulations, may result in account deactivation.

8. Data Retention Policy

• Rapidshop.in will retain the seller’s data, including transaction history, product listings, and customer details, for 30 days from the transaction date.
• Sellers are advised to maintain their own backups of important data for record-keeping purposes.

9. Amendments to the Seller Registration Policy

Rapidshop.in reserves the right to amend or modify this Seller Registration Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered sellers via email or through updates on the seller dashboard.
